A calm and compassionate space for both children and adults to explore their feelings of loss understanding the stages of grief and exploring these stages and how they relate to the individual.

Bereavement therapy is focussed on helping those who have lost a loved one to understand their grief and deal with their loss, grief is a unique emotion to each individual and at times can be difficult to understand. It’s also a natural and normal process, it’s important that that individuals give themselves time after their loss before seeking bereavement counselling. There is no set “right” time to seek bereavement counselling. Bereavement counselling can give you space to talk about your feelings, to talk about the person who has died, your relationships, your fears and the future.
